These are the Integration Sessions for the first phase of the Regenerating the Earth Through Collapse learning journey, hosted by the Design School for Regenerating Earth. In these sessions, participants support one another in navigating and processing the challenging thoughts, emotions, and nervous system reactions that arise during the learning journey. Sessions run approximately 90 minutes and are not recorded, to maintain a safe space for open and vulnerable sharing.
