We are excited to announce that the 2026 Cascadia Cohort of the Regenerating the Earth Through Collapse learning journey begins this Friday, April 10, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PDT.
This learning journey, hosted by the Design School for Regenerating Earth and co-led by Joe Brewer and Penny Heiple, explores what it means to regenerate the Earth during a time of intensifying social and ecological disruption. The program unfolds across two phases: Phase 1 lays the conceptual groundwork through biweekly webinars, integration sessions, and community calls running from April through May. Phase 2, beginning in late June, shifts toward real-world practice through case studies and lived experience.
What Is the Cascadia Cohort?
The Cascadia Cohort is a monthly regional gathering hosted by Regenerate Cascadia as a companion to the broader learning journey. In these calls, Cascadia-based participants come together to reflect on learning journey themes and explore how they apply to landscape-scale regeneration work across the bioregion. It is an opportunity to deepen connections with fellow participants working in Cascadia and to ground global frameworks in local practice.
