  • About Whatcom

Rooted in the watersheds of Whatcom County, Regenerate Whatcom is a growing community of residents, organizations, and stewards working together to regenerate landscapes, economies, and cultures, place by place, project by project.

As a bioregional node within the broader Regenerate Cascadia network, Regenerate Whatcom serves as a hub for regenerative action in the northern Salish Sea. The group is grounded not in county lines, but in the living systems of place, spanning from the Nooksack River watershed to the shores of Bellingham Bay and from the Salish Sea inland to the forests and mountains that feed the region's ecosystems.
