Regenerate Cascadia Bioregional Learning and Education Open Space

We are excited to invite you to an online Open Space gathering dedicated to exploring the topic of bioregional learning and education in Cascadia and helping launch a Bioregional Learning Guild on the Regenerate Cascadia platform. This event is an opportunity for educators, students, thinkers, do-ers, and community members to come together and delve into the transformative power of bioregional education and learning.

The event will run from 10am-4pm on Saturday, February 17th. We will be using an open-space format for gathering and organizing the sessions. Here is the Framing Question:

How can bioregional learning patterns help communities better understand and connect with their local ecosystems and cultural identities?

If you’re unfamiliar with this type of gathering, register for the event below, and we will be sending out another communication with more details. You can also look it up on the interwebs in the meantime. We are limiting folks who want to host a session to those in the Cascadia Bioregion, though anyone can participate. Those looking to host a session are encouraged to propose a project and continue a discussion on the website’s Regenerate Cascadia Learning and Education Guild page following the event. There will be guidance in this process.
