<p>The EcoRestoration Alliance (ERA) is a global network of scientists, earth stewards, storytellers, and grassroots leaders united in the conviction that ecosystem restoration, conservation, agroecology, and accelerated rewilding can address the climate and biodiversity crises. Co-founded in 2021, ERA originated as a project of Biodiversity for a Livable Climate and qualified for the Carbon Removal XPRIZE competition with members who had collectively regenerated over a million acres. ERA broadens the climate action narrative beyond emission reduction to emphasize the restoration of biospheric functions, connecting practitioners worldwide through collaborative projects, mapping initiatives, and educational webinars.</p>
