What is it?
Design School for Regenerating Earth (DS4RE) stewards the network of planetary bioregions by deeply sustaining the fabric of social interactions that take place within many different forms from members across planetary bioregions. It is a community of practice of Earth regenerators learning how to organize in our local places.Participants sustain learning exchanges among one another.
The Design School for Regenerating Earth (DS4RE) was sprouted from the book: The Design Pathway for Regenerating Earth by Joe Brewer. This prompted a two-year tour of bioregional activations; catalyzing conversations to understand what it means to regenerate the Earth specifically for each unique local place.

As the planet moves into the planetary tipping point, a new thought consciousness is needed.
We have been in ecological overshoot for longer than many of us have been alive, since about 1970, but planetary collapse actually began generations before us. What does it mean to be regenerating through collapse? Somehow, we need to realign humanity with the living systems of Earth.
Who Should Register?
Regenerate Cascadia is partnering with DS4RE to offer this program, especially for those who want to deepen their understanding of bioregionalism, become a part of a shared community of practice, take meaningful action towards bioregional regeneration, and form landscape hubs around Cascadia.
