🎉We are very pleased to be holding our inaugural event – an Eco Quest – under the banner of the Fraser Lowland group, our little Ecoregion of the Cascadia Bioregion.

🌎Please join us for a morning of connection; to each other, nature, culture, the past, and the future we hope to co-create.

🌱We will be gathering at Burnaby Fraser Foreshore Park to learn about the many stories that created this place, and then each share our own with the purpose of awakening our Bioregional minds.

🕓Please note that the event may not run the full allotted two hours, we will be going with the flow.

🌮At the conclusion of the structured portion of our gathering, there will be an opportunity to share a meal together at a nearby café if you wish.

❓What is Bioregionalism? It is a way of thinking and living that emphasizes the connection between people and the natural systems they inhabit. It fosters local resilience by advocating for place-based economies, community-led stewardship, and deep relationships with the land and its inhabitants, both human and non-human.
