A natural born Revolutionary, I struggled for decades to find my ‘place’.
Now, as a former minister and engineer turned holistic relationship and leadership mentor, I understand from the inside out the challenges sensitive leaders face trying to operate within societal norms – aka ‘business as usual’ practices – that ultimately are just plain unhealthy for humans. I believe that WE ALL – from CEOs to convicts – need and deserve a safe space!
