The Eugene Imagining Regenerate Cascada event was held on April 26th. Our intention was to share updates on the movement building and to stimulate conversation and thinking about what we hold and we met that intention.
We came away with the idea that the challenge/strategy we identified is to create intensive opportunities for young people to learn regenerative skills and community building by tapping our many projects as learning opportunities and setting up regeneration paid work opportunities that will offer income, career trajectory and possibly sweat equity.
