More About Myself | I’m nearing the end of a 40+ year teaching career, the first half of which was various roles in K-12, and the second half of which was IT education at the adult professional/technical level. Yesterday I saw a Nate Hagens video which, among many other things, suggested that professors at end of career should do a ‘capstone project’ in interdisciplinary, whole systems regeneration. Good idea. That’s what I am here for. Along the way, I collected multiple graduate degrees (history, education, business, computer science). Never finished a doctorate. I guess the call of ot the cross disciplinary was just too much to resist. Random and intuitive is also a sense of direction. |

Why do you feel like your work or bioregionalism is important for the future of the Cascadia Bioregion? | At 67, somehow or another, my energy level is off the charts. It just feels like I was made for this moment, to do this exact work, in this exact place, at this exact time, with these exact people. |
